Massive Condom Heist Investigated by Ontario Provincial Police

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) operatives are presently on the lookout for the individuals responsible for the theft of a sizable amount of condoms in the township of Zorra on November 5. Authorities say that the thieves ran off with more than $90,000 worth of Skyn-brand prophylactics in the said incident

After conducting an initial investigation, the OPP revealed that the perpetrators deliberately destroyed a part of a fence to access the property where the white truck and trailer used to store the condoms and “other accessories” were parked.

The initial police report also pointed out that other vehicles were damaged during the incident. Authorities believe that the thieves may have had a tricky zeroing in on the vehicle they were looking for, so they smashed a few car windows to decide which one to abscond with when they raided the property.

Moreover, the police report detailed that the truck the thieves ran off with has the Nova Scotia licence plate PR45449. The trailer is also white and has the Ontario licence plate R4621. The authorities are currently reviewing surveillance footage to gather additional clues on the identity of the perpetrators and the possible location they headed off to after they helped themselves to the unusual loot.

The OPP’s Oxford detachment at 1-888-310-1122 can be reached for any information on the incident. Crime Stoppers can also be contacted through 1-800-222-8477 for any anonymous tips.
